Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Are you an organised, proactive, and friendly individual looking for a part-time role that fits around school hours? We're seeking a reliable Administrator to join our busy and growing electrical contracting team.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping to keep the office running smoothly while supporting our engineers, customers, and management team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating engineer diaries
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Providing general administrative support to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential
