We’re looking for a part-time Credit Controller to help manage our growing cash flow operations. The role is required for 1-2 days per week and reports directly to the senior management and CFO.
- Develop and introduce policies and procedures to enhance the Credit Control function.
- Monitor time period between payment due and collection dates to ensure payment time cycles are not increasing.
- Raise sales invoices.
- Chase and collect overdue payments in a professional manner.
- Liaise with Sales/Account Management regarding overdue accounts.
- Forecast monthly cash positions.
- Resolve ad hoc queries in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an accounts receivable/credit role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships whilst chasing clients for overdue payments.
- Great with numbers, multi-tasking and obsessed with detail.
- An energetic, relentless drive to succeed.
