Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance with company standards, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces and making beds
- Maintain cleanliness of all designated areas, including guest bedrooms and communal areas
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored appropriately after use
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism during all tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Physical capability to perform manual cleaning tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
