Totally247 is recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join our established emergency control centre team in Peterborough.
£12.71 – £14:00 per hour + Benefits
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, supporting critical situations such as people trapped in lifts, call from victims of flooding, and fire incidents, where excellent communication skills are essential.
This role requires full flexibility to work an open shift rotation, including early and late shifts, nightshifts, weekends. We’re looking for candidates who are happy to work a range of shifts, helping us keep things fair for everyone.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling calls, accurately recording information, and coordinating responses using multiple systems, all while delivering a calm, professional customer experience in time-critical situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service
- Accurately log and report customer interactions
- Use third-party CRM systems to record requests
- Prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with clients, customers, and engineers
- Adhere to PCI compliance guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Full flexibility to work an arrange of shift patterns across Monday – Sunday, 5 days a week.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
- Excellent customer service
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are key.
