Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Represent brands at retail promotions, pop-up events, and marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate products and services to potential customers
- Create positive customer experiences that drive brand awareness and sales
- Assist with event setup, organisation, and day-to-day operations
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Support sales and promotional objectives at events and retail locations
- Work closely with team members to achieve performance goals
