The Role
As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients within their own homes. Support is tailored to each client’s individual needs and may include:
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Assistance with medication
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Companionship and social interaction
- Supporting independence and wellbeing
- Delivering care in line with company policies and procedures
This role is ideal for both experienced carers and individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in care.
