Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Self Employed Domestic Cleaners to provide high-quality cleaning services to private households. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to build a loyal client base. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service. Experience in various cleaning environments is advantageous. A background in cleaning and customer service skills will be considered a plus, enabling you to offer comprehensive domestic support to clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of private residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Manage laundry and organise household items as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within client homes
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Manage your own schedule to optimise client appointments and service delivery
- Uphold confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times
- Offer additional services such as ironing or organising if requested by clients
Experience
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Organised with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple appointments
- Reliable with a professional attitude and attention to detail
