We are seeking a dedicated grade 3 Teaching Assistant with strong SEND experience and a proven ability to support pupils initially in Upper Key Stage 2. You’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to ensure every child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- SEND Support — Provide targeted support for pupils with a range of additional needs; adapting strategies to meet individual learning profiles.
- Upper KS2 Assistance — Work with pupils in Years 5 and 6; supporting curriculum delivery and emotional wellbeing.
- Classroom Collaboration — Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
- Pastoral Care — Build trusting relationships with pupils; ensuring they feel valued, understood and supported.
- Inclusive Practice — Promote a classroom culture where every child feels safe to participate and succeed.
What we're looking for:
- Experience with SEND; including supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties
- Knowledge of Upper KS2 curriculum and age-related expectations
- A nurturing, patient and positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to helping children feel loved, valued and capable
