Essential Requirements
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Confident in waxing treatments
- Confident in gel polish application
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Salon experience

- Intimate waxing qualification and experience preferred
About the Role
Our beauty treatment rooms are currently located within a professional clinical setting, separate from our main salon. Our reception and nail bar remain within the salon, giving you the opportunity to work alongside our busy hair team whilst enjoying your own dedicated treatment space.
As we prepare to relocate to our forever home, we’re excited to bring our entire hair and beauty offering together under one roof. This is an exciting period of growth for Allure, and we’re looking to expand our beauty team ahead of the move. Initially, this role will involve working within our current beauty premises before transitioning into our brand-new, purpose-designed salon, where you’ll become part of one collaborative hair and beauty team.
The role will initially involve primarily lone working within the beauty department during the transition period, although you’ll always be supported by the wider salon team and will have overlapping shifts with our existing beauty therapist. Following our move to our new salon, you’ll become part of a growing beauty team, with multiple therapists working together for the majority of the time. However, there may still be occasional periods of lone working depending on the rota and business needs.
Hours & Pay
- 25 hours per week initially
- Review of working hours following successful completion of the probationary period
- Additional hours available for the right candidate
- £14 per hour starting rate
Commission Structure
Each month we calculate both your basic wage entitlement and your commission earnings. You will receive whichever amount is higher.
Service Commission: Up to 35%
Retail Commission: 5% on retail sales 10% on retail sales when a 10% retail-to-service sales ratio is achieved
