CCI Services is a small but rapidly growing commercial catering, refrigeration and engineering services company.
We have secured a number of new contracts and are looking to strengthen our engineering team with an experienced Field Service Engineer.
Our engineers work across hotels, restaurants, care and nursing homes, offices, schools and other commercial premises.
This is a varied field-based role for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, repairing equipment and working directly with customers.
The Role:
You will be responsible for attending customer sites to service, maintain, diagnose faults, repair and install commercial catering and associated equipment.

· Refrigeration equipment
· Other commercial kitchen and associated equipment
What We Are Looking For:
· Previous field service or maintenance engineering experience
· Good electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing skills
· Strong fault-finding ability
· Good technical aptitude
· Ability to work independently
· Professional customer communication
· Flexible approach to different types of equipment
· Positive “can-do” attitude
· Full UK driving licence
Experience:
Previous commercial catering equipment experience is highly desirable but not essential.
We will consider experienced engineers from related sectors including commercial catering, refrigeration, HVAC, facilities maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, appliance repair/domestic appliance engineer, commercial equipment servicing and building services.
If you have strong engineering fundamentals and the right attitude, we can provide training on equipment that is new to you.
Qualifications:
The following would be an advantage but are not essential: COMCAT or other relevant gas qualification; electrical qualification; 16th/17th Edition or equivalent; F-Gas qualification; refrigeration qualification/experience; plumbing qualification.
Qualifications are desirable, but practical experience and technical ability are equally important.
Main Responsibilities:
· Attend customer sites within the company’s operating area
· Diagnose equipment faults
· Carry out repairs and servicing
· Undertake preventative maintenance
· Install equipment when required
· Complete job reports and service documentation
· Maintain professional relationships with customers
· Work safely and comply with company procedures
· Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment
· Support less experienced engineers when required
· Undertake other reasonable engineering duties as required
