We’re on the lookout for a fun, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our lovely team at Verwood Day Nursery!
We’re based right on the edge of Verwood, next to Potterne Park, with a whole acre of outdoor space for the children (and us!) to enjoy. Close to Wimborne and Bournemouth and easily accessible.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification
- Have at least 1 year of experience after qualifying
- Are passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive
This is a full-time role (40 hours across 5 days), but you’ll always get one morning and one afternoon off each week to give you some extra work-life balance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Based with our pre-school children aged 3 years and above
- Creating a safe, caring, and fun environment for children
- Planning exciting activities to support their development and learning
- Building great relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Keeping track of children’s progress
- Working as part of our friendly team to keep everything running smoothly
