Person specification
The ideal candidate must be hardworking, reliable, willing to listen and work at pace throughout preparation, service & cleaning tasks. Have a passion for food, be positive and calm under pressure, be ambitious and have good attention to detail especially in relation to food safety and hygiene.
A can-do attitude is essential, we work in a fast paced environment where it takes a team to produce great food to order on scale.
Qualifications:
Candidates would benefit from experience in a similar role, kitchen experience essential but additional training us available.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working as part of the team you will work in all areas of the kitchen from sandwiches to fryers and hot food including preparation, service and cleaning tasks. We also offer the opportunity to work with our experienced bakers making our team very adaptable.

With normal working hours 7.30-5 covering 5 days (8pm on Fridays 1 or 2 times per month) you would enjoy stability of knowing evenings are your own plus we strive to offer 1 weekend off in 3 as a minimum. pay will be dependent on age and experience. This is a full time permanent position.
