About the Role ⭐
We’re looking for a capable, IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to customer service. If you enjoy variety, thrive on independence, and love tackling real-world IT issues, this role will place you at the centre of our service delivery.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support, handling challenges with patience, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
We’re a small but ambitious MSP, and this role is a key part of our expansion.

- Likes building relationships with clients
- Wants responsibility
- Has a team player mindset with a can‑do attitude
- Is proactive and enthusiastic with excellent time management
What You’ll Do ⚡
- Handle 1st /2nd line support requests
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune/MDM)
- Support and administer Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (ADDS, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Visit customer sites for installs, break/fix work, and networking refreshes (servers, Wi-Fi, cabling, PCs, full-stack hardware)
- Build and configure hardware in the office accurately and efficiently
- Get involved in project work: Microsoft Cloud migrations, Intune rollouts, hosted Azure VMs, cloud PBX deployments, full Wi-Fi replacements
- Develop and share practical knowledge articles and technical workarounds, empowering the Service Desk team to resolve issues more efficiently
- Ensure all support activities are carried out in line with company policies, security requirements, and relevant data protection and compliance standards
- Build confidence with customers through proactive, professional communication and regular updates throughout the support journey
What We’re Looking For ✅
- From 1 Year’s IT support experience, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Microsoft 365 and Windows experience
- Network knowledge (Wi-Fi, VLANs, UniFi or similar)
- You’re the sort of engineer who doesn’t wait to be chased. You take ownership, make sensible decisions, and communicate clearly. We trust our engineers to think commercially and act in the client’s best interest
- Well-organised, methodical, able to handle projects as well as support tickets
- Clear written communication skills, especially for documentation and client communication.
