We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Functional Skills Tutor at our head office in Norwich to deliver online English and Maths functional skills. The position will be 40 hours per week and although we do offer remote working, some attendance at our head office in Norwich will be required.

As a Functional Skills Tutor you will be supporting students to achieve their functional skills qualifications in English and Maths up to Level 2. We are looking for a Functional Skills Tutor who can motivate, engage, and inspire our learners to achieve their full potential whilst on their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2 online and face-to-face.
- Plan individual learning to meet learner needs and ensure lesson plans are prepared.
- Achieve company KPI’s and Individual Performance Plan.
- Plan embedded learning for groups and individuals.
- Develop delivery in order to maximise progression opportunities for learners.
- Regularly assess learners' work.
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2 or GCSE
- A Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Full Teaching Qualifications I.e. Cert Ed, C&G 7407, CTTLS, DTTLS
- Passion & desire to teach
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
