Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and communal areas
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure surfaces are hygienic and presentable
- Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow specific client instructions regarding cleaning priorities and special requests
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times during cleaning activities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or additional requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Skills in cooking and customer service are beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work sites is advantageous
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
