Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose medical conditions in animals across various species.

- Prescribe medication and treatment plans tailored to individual animals' needs.
- Assist with laboratory tests, analyse results, and interpret findings to inform treatment decisions.
- Advise pet owners on preventative care, nutrition, and general animal health management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in veterinary medicine through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with valid registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS).
- Proven veterinary experience, demonstrating competence across a broad spectrum of clinical cases.
- Laboratory experience is highly desirable, facilitating accurate diagnostics and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with pet owners and team members alike.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
