Front of House Team MemberFull Time | Liverpool ONE – Plant-Based Café
We're hiring a friendly, hard-working Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Vibe Cafe in Liverpool ONE.
This is a full-time position (30-35 hours per week), and full availability across weekdays and weekends is essential.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, and supervisory or team-leading experience would be an advantage, as there is genuine opportunity to progress within the business for the right person.

The Role
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a people person with a positive attitude
- Has a strong work ethic and enjoys being busy
- Can stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Has previous customer service or hospitality experience
- Supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable
- Has an interest in plant-based food or speciality coffee
- Wants to grow with the business and develop their career
Full training will be provided.
Hours
- Full Time
- 30-35 hours per week

- Flexibility to work holidays and busy seasonal periods
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering 5-star customer service
- Taking dine-in and takeaway orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing drinks and speciality coffee (training provided)
- Keeping the café clean, organised and well presented
- Supporting the team during busy service
- Maintaining our high standards every day
