Many pupils will have had a really poor experience of life and school. There will be a many challenges and rewards as we help pupils to have a more positive experience of education. With the right resources we know we will help pupils to succeed. We already have amazing school buildings, but we know that the best resource of all is our staff team.

You will be working alongside teaching staff with small class groups of up to five pupils. Sometimes you will work with one pupil as part of a group. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils to develop personally, socially, emotionally and academically to secure readiness for adulthood.
