Registered Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Harrogate
Salary: Up to £75,000 + 20% Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a large, well-established nursing home in Harrogate. This is a key leadership role within a service that has solid foundations and strong potential for further growth.
We are looking for a personable and engaging manager with a proven track record of leading teams, maintaining high standards of care, and driving occupancy. The home is currently operating at around 70% occupancy, offering a great opportunity for a commercially aware manager to make a real impact.
About the role:
- Full operational responsibility for a large nursing home
- Leading, motivating and developing a multidisciplinary team
- Driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
- Managing budgets and ensuring the financial performance of the service
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home setting
- Experienced in leading a service through a CQC inspection, with a strong understanding of regulatory expectations
- A confident, approachable leader with excellent people skills
- Commercially aware, with experience in improving occupancy
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
