Key responsibilities:
- Checking and processing investment administration activity.
- Handling and resolving complex queries.
- Supporting process improvements and system changes.
- Assisting with compliance, risk and quality controls.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members.
- Liaising with internal teams and external providers.
About you:
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues in a Senior role within Investment Operations or Financial Services.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
