You'll earn £110-£130 per day, depending on the client's needs, with up to £60 travel allowance for each placement. The role
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you'll live in your client's home, providing dedicated one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs.
Every placement is different, but you may support with personal care, medication, preparing meals, light household tasks, shopping, mobility, attending appointments and, most importantly, providing companionship and emotional reassurance. With the time to focus on one client, you'll build meaningful relationships while delivering care that's compassionate, personalised and never rushed.
About you
You'll have at least six months' professional live-in care experience and be passionate about delivering outstanding care. You'll be kind, dependable and professional, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work independently while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.
You'll need the right to work in the UK, as we're unable to offer visa sponsorship. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable but not essential.
