Supply and Logistics Coordinator
Salary - £26,000 (Full time equivalent)
Working Hours - Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:15pm Friday - 9:00am - 4:00pm
Hybrid Working - Office based 3 days a week
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in Supply Chain, Logistics and Freight Forwarding. Supporting our Supply Planner across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, you'll gain valuable exposure to order fulfilment, logistics coordination and supply chain operations.
This is a key administration role, ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a desire to learn and grow within a role long term. You'll play an important part in supporting business operations and will see the direct impact of your work on customers and supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
MEA Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Process customer orders across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region using the ERP system.
- Liaise with customers to manage expectations and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to monitor lead times and delivery schedules.
- Manage shipping documentation and logistics requirements to support timely deliveries.
- Work closely with freight forwarders to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Provide regular updates to Supply Planning and Commercial teams on order status, risks, and operational issues.
- Produce reports and maintain visibility of order fulfilment activities and performance.
Demand Planning Support
- Maintain and update SKU allocation data within business systems.
- Manage and maintain customer intake plans.
- Support the preparation of reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with direct dispatch customer stock management.
- Provide general administrative support to the demand planning function.
Supply & Demand Administration
- Support Supply and Demand Planners with administration, reporting, and KPI delivery.
- Assist with data management and process improvements to ensure accurate planning information.
- Assist with spare parts order processing and administration as required.
- Provide operational support to ensure efficient handling of customer spares requests.
What we need from you
- Experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain, or logistics,.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
