Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Holiday Let Cleaner to join our team. At one of the most prestigious holiday homes in the south west - with bookings 52 weeks of the year. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that holiday rental properties are impeccably clean and welcoming for guests. ****PLEASE NOTE Monday & Friday changeovers 10-2:30 approx each changeover
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of holiday rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected to meet company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure properties are ready for incoming guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning procedures.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning is highly desirable.
- Janitorial experience will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple properties effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards guests and team members.
