ROLE: Knowledge & Information Lead

We're looking for a Knowledge & Information Lead (Data Analyst) to support the management, analysis, and governance of business data across multiple systems, enabling informed decision‑making and performance improvement.
- Develop and deliver data strategies covering access, integration, cleansing, governance, and analytics readiness.
- Produce performance reports, dashboards, and insight packs to support compliance assurance, audits, and contractual performance.
- Analyse trends, risks, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring consistency of KPIs and reporting standards.
- Use SQL and advanced Excel to interrogate, validate, and transform data for reporting purposes.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, improving data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with governance, assurance, and operational teams to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Design, maintain, and improve SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists for structured data capture and reporting.
- Implement data governance controls including metadata, permissions, versioning, and retention policies.
- Support automation and integration across SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ensure SharePoint acts as a single source of truth for compliance and performance data.
- Maintain and manage data sets in line with governance standards and audit requirements.
- Support internal audits, assurance reviews, and compliance reporting.
- Contribute to data standards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
- Provide accurate, reliable data for contractual and performance assessments.
- Administer and analyse data from CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo), including asset registers and PFI contract data.
- Develop understanding of contractual KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Support senior reporting, including Comprehensive Performance Reports.
- Provide analytical and operational support to the wider Compliance Team as required.
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven experience using Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL.
- Experience managing and analysing data across multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and KPI‑based reporting.
- Practical experience using SharePoint for structured data management.
- Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- HND or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Accounting, or related field (desirable).
- Experience within audit, compliance, or assurance environments.
- Understanding of contract management and performance frameworks.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 integrations and reporting automation.
- Full UK driving licence.
