Part-Time Travel Consultant

The Role
You will handle face-to-face, email, and telephone customer enquiries and will manage the entire customer journey, from the initial holiday booking stage right through to welcoming clients home.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with travel enquiries in our shop.
- Handle holiday bookings via phone and email.
- Craft tailored itineraries using a wide variety of independent travel products.
- Manage customer files from initial enquiry to post-holiday follow-up.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
- UK travel agency experience is strictly essential.
- Applications without UK agency experience will not be considered.
- This role may be ideal for experienced consultants returning to the industry.
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Availability during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9:30–16:00, Sat 9:30–14:00).
