App Support Assistant
Temporary Project Role
September - October | 9:00am - 5:00pm
Bridgestaff Group are recruiting friendly and reliable individuals to support a major UK taxi operator during the rollout of a new driver app.
Working at organised support events, you'll help taxi drivers download, set up and start using a new mobile application. Full training will be provided, and no technical experience is required.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, retail, events, hospitality, promotions, field marketing or community engagement.
Project Dates
This project will run between September and October, with support events taking place across multiple UK locations on selected dates during these two months.
Workers may be offered one or more shifts depending on their availability.
This will suit people looking for part time work, ad hoc or students
Shift Times
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Full-day shifts
- Temporary project contract work
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting drivers attending support sessions
- Assisting drivers with downloading and installing a new mobile app
- Helping with account setup and sign-in processes
- Providing basic guidance on app functionality
- Recording attendance where required
- Escalating technical issues to the project support team
