We are proud to work with a hand-picked team of experienced healthcare professionals, including doctors, paramedics, nurses, emergency care assistants, and first responders. Our mission is to provide professional, reliable, and compassionate medical cover while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Event Medics, First Responders, FREC 3/4/5 Practitioners, and HCPC Registered Paramedics to join our expanding team.
The Role
You will provide medical cover at a variety of events, working independently at smaller events or as part of a wider medical team at larger venues.
You will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing patients, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Providing first aid and immediate medical care to patients.
- Assessing patients and determining appropriate treatment.
- Escalating cases and liaising with ambulance services when required.
- Maintaining accurate patient report forms and incident records.
- Delivering professional and compassionate patient care.
- Working collaboratively with event organisers and fellow medical personnel.
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
- Complying with company policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Essential Requirements
- FREC 3 qualification minimum.
- Previous event medical or first responder experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable timekeeping and professional appearance.
- Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Requirements
- FREC 4, FREC 5, IHCD, ECA, Nurse or HCPC Registered Paramedic qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferably registered with the Update Service).
Compliance Requirements
Prior to onboarding, successful applicants will be required to provide:
- Proof of qualifications and certifications.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
- Professional indemnity/public liability insurance (where applicable).
- Relevant licences and registrations.
- Completion of company onboarding documentation.
Equipment Requirements
Applicants must provide their own operational event medical kit, including:
- AED/Defibrillator
- Oxygen and associated equipment (where qualified to administer)
- Fully stocked medical kit bag
- Appropriate uniform and PPE
