This exciting role will include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming enquiry service to our adult learners and college visitors.
- Providing information to prospective and existing students about the range of provision and wider support services at the College.
- Dealing with enquiries in-person, by email, and telephone.
- Supporting college events for new applicants.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- Experience in a high-volume customer service role with commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently.

College location: Based at our Eastbourne Campus
Annual salary: £24,500 FTE – Will be pro-rated for hours worked and weeks
For example, if start date is 1st September actual salary £5,060
Hours: 9 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Term time only
Tuesdays 4.30-7.30pm & Thursdays 1.30-7.30pm
