Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging football practices tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Teach fundamental football techniques, rules, and strategies in a clear, motivating manner
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship
- Monitor player development and provide constructive feedback to support individual progress
- Organize game-day activities, including team warm-ups, drills, and post-game reviews
- Collaborate with assistant coaches and program staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Promote positive behavior on and off the field, emphasizing discipline and good sportsmanship
Experience
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching youth is highly desirable (NO EXPERIENCE IS ALSO ACCEPTED)
- Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to motivate young athletes and communicate effectively with children and parents
- Enthusiastic about fostering a fun, educational environment that encourages participation and personal growth
- Ability to plan structured practices while adapting to varying skill levels and group dynamics
