Location: Soham, Ely | Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm | Salary: £38,000–£48,000 (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing -
- Programming, setting, and operating HAAS CNC milling machines.
- Creating and optimising CAM programs using Autodesk Fusion 360.
- Reading engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Producing precision components to tight tolerances & high quality.
- Selecting tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds.
- Carrying out first-off inspections and quality checks.
- Identifying improvements to machining processes and cycle times.
What We're Looking For -
Essential:
- Proven CNC milling programming, setting, and operating experience.
- Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and cutting data.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Confidence with an array of materials such as Alloys, Stainless’s & Plastics.
- Skilled with precision measuring equipment.
- High attention to detail and quality.
Desirable:
- Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 CAM.
- HAAS control experience.
- 4-axis machining experience.
- ISO9001 manufacturing environment experience.
