What You Will Do:
The UK Production Team at Flashtalking is primarily responsible for creating dynamic DCO advertising campaigns for our clients in display and social. As part of this small and friendly team you’ll be designing and creating image, video and display ads. We use common designs tools like Figma and the Adobe suite of products. We build creatives using our in-house video and animation tools or code them in HTML/CSS/JS.
As this role is a hybrid of design and development we will consider candidates who can show proficiency in either discipline. Whilst an ideal candidate would have some experience in display advertising or front-end development this isn’t required. Mainly we are looking for evidence of an eye for design & animation or experience with coding (especially JavaScript). If you have experience building ads already in Flashtalking this is a bonus.

Design display and social ads from brief using client assets and brand guidelines

Create mock up ads and material for pitch documents

Create social ads using our Ad Studio design and animation tool

Create ads using our Imposium video template creation tool

Create display ads in HTML/CCS/JS using our internal libraries (training will be provided)

Designer or coder, but ideally with an interest in both

Some experience with the Adobe product suite (Photoshop basics essential)

Use of Figma online design tool a plus

Any experience in motion graphics or video editing also useful (e.g. After Effects)

Any display ad or front-end development experience in HTML/CSS beneficial

Any experience in JavaScript or similar programming languages also helpful

Experience using GSAP animation library a plus

Use of the Flashtalking Creative Manager system and our HTML API a bonus (but not required)
