White Cross Vets Wolstanton, part of inspiring vet care, is growing, and we’re looking for an additional Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team of 2.5 vets, 7 nurses and 3 client care coordinators. Based on the outskirts of Newcastle-under-Lyme, we’re a close-knit, experienced team with a loyal client base and a strong focus on high-quality patient care, clinical governance and continuous development.
This is a forward-thinking practice where new ideas are encouraged through regular clinical and team meetings. Whether you’re looking to develop your clinical or surgical skills, pursue a certificate or special interest, or simply enjoy a varied first-opinion caseload, we’ll support you to thrive.
We’re also passionate about wellbeing and work-life balance, with initiatives including wellbeing afternoons, wellbeing days, team recognition, mental health first aider support, funded confidential support, birthday leave and new pet ‘paternity’ leave. Outside of work, we’re a social team who enjoy everything from sausage roll runs and chocolate treasure hunts to Bake-Off competitions, quizzes, pumpkin carving and the occasional game of bingo.
As part of White Cross Vets, you’ll also benefit from the wider support, career development and progression opportunities available across the group. If you’re looking to join a supportive, ambitious and genuinely friendly practice, we’d love to hear from you.
