An amazing opportunity has become available for a chef de Partie/ Sous chef to join The Whyte Melville team in Boughton near Northampton. We are closed every Monday and Tuesday so we have a full team everyday, from Wednesday through to Sunday.
You will be working alongside an experienced & professional team, both inside the kitchen and front of house. The kitchen is open to guests, so only apply if you have calm focused attitude. The role is ideal for someone looking move up between chef de partie and sous chef.
The menu is classic gastro pub with a reputation for producing a food of the highest quality.

The job
Primarily working with the head chef on the grill and pass. The kitchen has a team of of three, and we expect teamwork at all times. Working with fresh products is key, assisting with menu planning and daily specials.

And finally, all candidates must be able to demonstrate a legal right to work in the UK. Experience working in similar kitchens preparing dishes from fresh is a must and references are mandatory.
You will need your own transport as there isn't public transport to Boughton NN2.
