Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Reading
Salary: £30,000 per year plus commission
The Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help grow our portfolio of care homes, schools and hospitality customers. You will need to be good with customers but also organised. The successful candidate will have a good work ethic and be proactive.
As an Inside Sales Executive you will generate leads to help win new business and increase sales to achieve growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospects to generate leads for our outside sales team
- Write quotes and advise on products
- Work towards achieving targets in a profitable and sustainable way
- Maintain appropriate records on contacts and sales activities
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Manage and grow portfolio of existing customers
Your skills
- Confident in prospecting, both by phone or by email
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with individuals of all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good computer skills including knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in healthcare and/or janitorial sectors is desirable but not essential

Hours of work
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
