Responsibilities
- Support residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Help implement and follow individual care plans to meet specific health and wellbeing needs
- Maintain clear communication with team members, residents, and family members to ensure coordinated care
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Drive to appointments or outings using company vehicles when necessary, ensuring safety at all times
- Keep accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in health status
- Contribute to creating a warm, respectful environment that encourages independence and dignity
Skills
- Valid driving license with experience in safe driving practices
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring and empathetic approach
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: £13.50-£17.50 per hour

- NHS work: 1 year (preferred)
