Overview
We are seeking versatile and dedicated individuals to join our team as All Trades including Labourers. This role offers the opportunity to work across various trades and construction disciplines, contributing to diverse projects within a dynamic environment. Candidates should be proactive, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities, providing valuable hands-on experience in the trades industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general labouring tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters in their daily activities
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organising tools and materials
- Operate basic equipment and tools under supervision
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with site clearance, waste removal, and organisation of materials
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on tools and equipment as required
- Contribute to the efficient progress of projects by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Ability to undertake physical labour for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills across multiple trades
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on site
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to travel between sites is necessary
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately
