We're looking for a Vehicle Administration Manager to join our Ford Administration Hub based at Ford Bolton.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, offering a basic salary of up to £35,500, depending on experience, plus the benefit of a company car.
In this role, you'll lead a team of Vehicle Administration Consultants, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and relevant legislation. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting your team, and helping to drive the success of the hub.
What You'll Be Doing
As Vehicle Administration Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting your team to deliver excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Vehicle Administration Consultants.
- Ensuring vehicle administration processes are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records to support a reliable and compliant database.
- Processing vehicle invoices and taxation promptly and accurately.
- Managing vehicle orders from factory order through to delivery.
- Arranging subcontracted work and monitoring order progress.
- Supporting both internal and external customers, delivering a positive and professional experience.
- Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
We're keen to hear from people who have experience leading administrative teams or managing administration functions across multiple sites.
Motor retail experience is essential, and experience using Kerridge/Keyloop would be advantageous, although full training will be provided where needed.
You'll also bring:
