We specialise in distributing high-quality fragrances across both retail and B2B channels, supplying department stores, independent retailers, and online platforms across the UK and Europe.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Ecommerce & Marketplace Coordinator to drive the growth and performance of our online sales channels, with a strong focus on Shopify and the long-term development of our direct-to-consumer eCommerce operation, while also supporting day-to-day channel management.
TikTok Shop is an important growth channel for the business, and we are looking for someone with an understanding of social commerce and marketplace operations.
eBay is also an established sales channel within the business and will form part of the role, although the long-term focus of the position will be on developing and improving our Shopify eCommerce operation.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on position combining sales growth, marketplace optimisation, product listing management and day-to-day eCommerce administration.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years' experience in eCommerce, online retail or marketplace management
- Proven hands-on experience managing Shopify and/or TikTok Shop
- Proven track record of driving eCommerce sales growth, with demonstrable examples of commercial initiatives and measurable results
- Experience managing or supporting an eCommerce website, including product listings, pricing, merchandising and promotions & SEO
- Experience with eBay or other marketplaces is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
- Good understanding of eCommerce operations and the online customer journey
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive online sales growth across Shopify and key marketplaces through merchandising, pricing, promotions, product optimisation and performance analysis
· Manage the day-to-day operation of Shopify and marketplace channels, with a strong focus on product listing creation and optimisation, pricing and promotions.
· Analyse sales, traffic, conversion and product performance to identify growth opportunities
· Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and marketplace activity
· Maintain accurate product listings, pricing and catalogues across all online channels
· Support online advertising, promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
· Improve product visibility, listing quality and conversion performance
· Monitor account health and resolve platform, order and marketplace issues
· Work with Marketing, Sales and Logistics to coordinate eCommerce activity
· Resolve backend system, integration and order-processing issues with internal teams
· Produce regular eCommerce performance reports and recommendations
· Assist with general eCommerce administration, daily operations and operational tasks
· Resolve customer complaints and support customer service issues where required
· Support additional marketplaces and wider eCommerce projects as required
· Manage marketplace compliance and intellectual property matters
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to perform a combination of office-based and occasional operational tasks, including packing orders and handling stock
- Regular use of computers and smart devices for extended periods
- Prolonged sitting with occasional movement around the workspace
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 30kg when required
- Comfortable working in a moderate office environment
