Fable in Kew is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Waiting Staff to join our restaurant team.
We are looking for people who enjoy delivering warm, attentive service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that service runs smoothly and to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving dishes and drinks confidently and efficiently
- Learning the menu and answering guests’ questions
- Preparing tables and maintaining a clean, organised restaurant
- Processing bills and payments
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Responding to guest requests and resolving minor issues professionally
- Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures
About you
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Be friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with guests
- Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
- Be reliable, punctual and well presented
- Remain calm and organised during busy services
- Be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
- Have a genuine interest in food, drink and hospitality
Pay: £12.71 per hour
