We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various domestic and commercial spaces. Note: Be willing to commit to a 3.5hrs daily cleaning of a restaurant daily the place needs to be clean ready before 10am, and also a week 2.5 hrs domestic cleaning. ideally a female
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to uphold hygiene standards
- Ensure trash is regularly collected, sorted, and disposed of properly
- Restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
