Responsibilities

- Manage food production activities, including planning menus, portioning, and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Oversee food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and regulatory compliance across all kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth serving of meals and address any special dietary requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment by supervising cleaning routines and proper storage of ingredients.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in culinary arts with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
- Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate service flow.
