About the Role
Due to business growth, we are looking to hire an Office Administrator to assist primarily the HR & HSQE functions of the Company.
The role will consist of maintaining internal databases, producing documentation, following company procedures and other general administration duties as required across a varied workflow.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and progress within a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
An ideal candidate meets at least the following requirements:
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
· Strong written & verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and internal systems
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
· Proactive and adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing schedules and requirements
· Confident using IT systems and working in an efficient manner
· Team-oriented, with a flexible approach to supporting colleagues when required
· Reliable and professional
Nice to Have
Experience in any of the follow areas may set you apart:
· Previous experience in an administration role
· Previous HR or Business Compliance experience
· Any relevant qualifications
