Kharis Solutions Limited is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes across Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
As a Care Assistant, you will support clients to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life by assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, household tasks and other daily living activities. You will build positive relationships with clients and their families while delivering care that is tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care in clients' homes.
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
Support clients with medication in line with company policies.
Prepare meals and encourage good nutrition and hydration.
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
Assist with light household duties, shopping and community access where required.
Observe and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
Maintain accurate electronic care records and complete all required documentation.
Work in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, company policies and safeguarding procedures.

Skills
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments such as care homes or home care settings
- Basic IT skills for updating electronic care records and using communication devices
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for client transportation needs
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them accurately
- Compassionate nature with excellent listening skills and patience when supporting vulnerable individuals
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to care environments
