Position – Working Site Foreman
Job Type – Full Time & Sub – Contractors
JSJ UK are a growing manufacturer and supplier of bespoke joinery & interior fit outs within the commercial sector. We currently have the opportunity for a Working Site Foreman to join our team.
Requirements:
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Trained
- Technical and practical knowledge of the joinery industry
- Ability to fully understand site drawings and specifications.
- Ability to be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills – with clients and staff.
- To be able to work to a high standard.
- Familiar with Retail, Commercial and Residential Sectors.
- Driving Licence essential.
· Must be willing to work out of normal working hours if/when required. (Weekends and Evenings)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Site health and safety, including sub-contractors
- Management of Sub – Contractors/ managing staff/ dealing with any issues as and when they arise
· Responsible for the overall management and day to day running of onsite activities
- Ordering materials liaising through our finance & procurement department.
- Reporting directly to the senior management team frequently for progress & planning meetings.
Competitive rates of pay will be based on skills and experience.
