MatchOptions is currently recruiting a dedicated Chef to work across care settings in Wembley. This flexible opportunity is ideal for individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and kitchen support while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
Main Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare nutritional meals for residents.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and equipment in line with cleaning schedules.
- Ensure food is stored, handled, and disposed of correctly in accordance with food hygiene regulations.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

Key Requirements
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Available to work weekends
- Previous chef or catering experience
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Food Hygiene Certificates Level 1 & 2
