Job Title: Employer Partnership Coordinator

Hours: 11.1 hours a week
Contract: Fixed Term until March 2027
Salary: £25,811.10 to £26,025.00
Key needs from you and the role;
- Relationship building – develop and maintain productive relationships with employers, businesses, and external stakeholders.
- Business development – identify new employer engagement opportunities and promote college services and programmes.
- Communication and influencing skills – confidently engage with employers at all levels and understand their workforce needs.
- Account management – provide a responsive service to employers and maintain regular contact.
- Target-driven approach – work towards recruitment, employer engagement, apprenticeship, or project outcome targets.
- Organisation and planning – coordinate employer activities, events, vacancies, work placements, and referrals.
- Data and record management – maintain accurate records, CRM systems, and reporting requirements.
- Partnership working – collaborate effectively with curriculum teams, careers staff, job coaches, and external agencies.
- Problem solving – respond proactively to employer issues and identify solutions that meet business needs.
