Head Chef wanted at SKIP'S steak & seafood bar for new, fully renovated, seafront (45 cover) restaurant in Largs, only opening last Christmas but proving to be a popular space amongst locals and tourists.
Menu specialises in local produce, steak & seafood.
They are looking for an experienced chef with an ability to run and be responsible for a small team. Ideally someone who enjoys taking part in menu design and team work. A dedicated/reliable individual that is passionate about their craft & thrives in a busy atmosphere.
Wages are negotiable dependent on candidates' abilities & commitment - additionally an equal share of excellent weekly tips.
This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to invest their time & talents in a business that has prize position on the Largs seafront & multiple opportunities for growth. You will be working directly with the owner who has decades of experience in hospitality both front/back of house.
