Responsibilities
· Experience required and a person who is highly motivated and takes pride in their work.
· Maintain properties fields on yard/rental properties
· You will ensure windows are always cleaned
· General tidying, see a job and do it
· Ensure care & maintenance of the grass, which involves grass cutting, strimming, pruning & general upkeep of the flower beds, including planting & weeding.
· Ensure proper maintenance and storage of garden equipment/relevant yard equipment – harrowing, rolling, tipping, keep ragwort clear in fields.
· Ensure maintenance of Tractor & attachments (not mechanical)
· Ensure thorough and regular cleaning of our Trailer
· Ensure timely preparation of the arena & lunge pen facilities for use.
· Execute simple repair work as instructed by the Proprietor & be trained inhouse if needs be
· Be required to help with mucking out (mainly during winter)
· Use of tractor (training will be provided), empty muck trailer, put muckheaps up, strimming, fencing etc
· Erect & maintain mains electric fencing
· Erect & repair post & rail fencing
· Knowledge of health and safety procedures or keen to take this onboard/Risk Assessing
Have an awareness of safeguarding and be prepared to do safeguarding training.

· Outdoor work a lot of the time so must be keen to do this. Work alone a lot of the time but certain jobs with PEC Team or other trades. Must be honest, truthful, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, prioritise jobs, risk assess, nothings a bother attitude.
· Open to DBS check
· Work directly with Director of the business
· 8am to 5pm the role will be 5 days per week including one day on a weekend and work when we have events on.
· 2 years’ experience required

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
