We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team, nurturing and educating young children in a safe, stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere for children and families.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being through structured daily routines.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high childcare standards.
- Encourage positive behaviour, manners, and respect.
Requirements
- Qualified in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting preferred.
- Strong leadership and group management skills.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal & written).
- Passionate about early years education and child development.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviours with a nurturing approach.
