Working in the team with Michael, our Lead Business Analyst, alongside Ollie and Carol, our Senior Business Analysts, and our wider Business Analysis community, you will play a key role in delivering business and digital change across Homes England.

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can help us improve services, processes and products across the organisation. You'll work within multidisciplinary teams to understand business and user needs, analyse complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape effective solutions that deliver real value.

We're looking for talented and motivated analysts to help us achieve that vision.
You are an experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable working independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams. You are skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, building trusted relationships, facilitating discussions and influencing decisions through analysis-led insight.
You will have experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and user requirements, translating them into clear, actionable outcomes. You'll be confident producing artefacts such as process maps, epics, features and user stories, and supporting the development of solutions that meet both user and business needs.
You will have experience working in Agile delivery environments, particularly Scrum, and be familiar with backlog management, user-centred design principles and iterative delivery. An understanding of Waterfall methodologies would also be beneficial.
You'll possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate options and recommend solutions that support organisational objectives. You'll understand how people, processes, technology and data interact to deliver effective services and business outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement. You'll contribute to our growing Business Analysis community by sharing knowledge, promoting best practice and supporting the development of colleagues. You'll also be willing to take on complementary activities when needed, working closely with Product Managers, User Researchers and other digital professionals to help deliver successful outcomes.
